LRAC Delegates come in three categories:

•  Clergy and pastoral staff of member Churches
•  Designated lay representatives of member Churches
•  Official liaisons from selected supported ministries.

A special electronic group is available at no cost for LRAC delegates through Yahoo's e-group list service. Benefits include additional files for download and other features of an online community. Delegates may access these features at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/LRAClist/
